Sometimes, the dent is just a part of the healing process and it will ameliorate,which is why your doctor gave you a steroid injection.  In other cases, 8t does not. This can be improved with fat injections to balance out the breasts.

You are still early in the healing process and what you are seeing are not your final results. Your best course of action is to wait for the full 6 months before concluding your results. You are still in the early process of healing and what you are seeing now may still improve over the coming months.

I understand your concerns and how you feel about your results so far.  The good news is that you are early in the recovery and healing process.  It is not too uncommon to have one breast “struggle” compared to the other breast. The hardness may represent fat necrosis or dense scar tissue.  With time and scar management such as massage, silicone taping and steroid injection the area should improve. As you are still in the early stages of healing, there can be uneven swelling and this will improve with time. As you know, close follow up with your PS is important to guide you through and help you get the best result possible. I hope this helps you. Take care.

This will improve over the coming months and massaging the vertical scar and the T junction will help to allow the breast to drop into the new skin envelope. Try not to get depressed as this is not unusual and will improve. Keep in touch with your PS re scar management.
