There is a dent on one of my butt cheeks, is it just swelling or will I need a touch up? (Photo)

I had a bbl 17 days ago so almost 3 weeks. 3 days ago I noticed a dent on the lower side of my butt check l, which cannot be seen unless I stand at an angle. Is this due to swelling or do you think I will need a touch up to that area? I'm very worried because it makes my butt look flat at an angle.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.
