You should be at least 18 years old to be a candidate for plastic surgery.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.

Since you are 16 years old, you are considered a minor and would not be able to provide legal consent without your parent(s).  Also, weight loss needs to be considered to an acceptable level where your height is proportional to your weight and your body mass index is 30 or less.  This will lower the risk of complications and improve the overall cosmetic result.  Good luck!
