It's not uncommon for people to have different sized muscles in the buttocks. That can either be congenital or it could be due to an injury to the muscle. In this case the asymmetry is quite significant. In this case, I would advise the correction of this with buttock fat injections.

In my opinion this is not a double fold, but more likely that your right fold is lower than your left which is more to do with anatomical differences between the left and the right gluteus and muscle fat distribution. In some cases a very experienced technique of Liposuction may improve this,...

Fat grafting would improve this area for sure. Hopefully the indented area is not scarred down which would limit the result. Seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon who does a lot of fat grafting. Good luck.
