Lines on butt and double butt crease: I want to know why this happened?

It wasnt like this before!:( any way to get rid of this with exercises? Thank you.

It is very difficult to determine the exact size and shape implant you will require to best match your ideal butt image without an examination by a board certified plastic surgeon. Not just any board certified plastic surgeon, but one with many years of frequently performing breast augmentation surgery including different approaches, techniques and implant choices. This is because several measurements not to mention your breast characteristics are needed to determine the optimal implant size to obtain your goals. Without knowing these dimensions it would be difficult to make this determination. For example, the existing base width of your buttock will determine, in many cases, the maximal volume per implant profile that you can accommodate. Liposuction of your lower back and fat transfer is also helpful as an adjunct to implants. Using “want to be” photos however are useful if simply provided to the surgeon.

Thank you for providing a photo but please keep in mind that a physical exam is first always necessary before providing any final medical/surgical advice. That being said, it appears as though you have deflation of the buttock either from weight loss or from the natural aging process. As the buttock loses volume it tends to deflate like a balloon and skin creases start to appear. Rigorous regular exercise is always recommended but it very well may not add enough muscle volume to completely fill up and restore the volume loss. Buttock implants are the most reliable and dependable permanent option to restore buttock volume and perkiness. Glad to be of help.

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for butt implants, to fix your problem, and I think you'll get very good results.
