Is this a counterfeit HIFU/ulthera machine?

My doctor, who is board-certified, used this machine on me. He called it HIFU. I'm worried it's a fake machine. I couldn't find anything similar online, and this is the only picture I have of it. I can't remember the name of the brand. I'm really worried. Has anyone seen this machine before anywhere? Or one similar to it?

HIFU means High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, which is a very specific technology that focuses the sound waves similar to how sunlight can be focused with a magnifying glass to a very small spot. When the applicator is on the surface of the skin, the focal point is underneath the skin. The only FDA-cleared HIFU device for noninvasive skin lifting is Ulthera. However, low energy devices may not require FDA clearance as they are intended for use by estheticians and spas, but they may also not be true focused ultrasound. You should be able to ask your doctor what the device is if you are curious.
