Thankyou for your question. From your photo it appears that you have a mild ptosis of your left upper eyelid. Is this a recent phenomenon or has it always been this way. Botox can certainly cause this and if you have just had some to try and raise your eyebrows it may well be the culprit. If so...
This would make the two eyelids much more symmetric. I think you would like this. However the "slanted" shape of an eye is more of an expression that anything else. I suspect that is will not achieve the result you have in mind.
Thank you for the photos and your question. As this is your first surgery, it is not surprising that you may have doubts about what to expect. According to the photos, it appears to be healing well. Eyelid skin is very thin. As long as the edges are approximated, it heals very well....
