I know that most surgeons recommend a compression garment for a few weeks after lipo. But in Colombia, they give you a super tight faja to wear for three months. Does this faja make any real difference in the end result? I'm wearing one, and I need to have it taken in. When I first got it, it was super tight. I'm 6 weeks post op now. Not sure if not as tight now because my swelling has gone down or bc I stretched it out over the last few weeks. Thanks!

If that's the case in needs to be drained.
Seromas that are not drained can become chronic in which case they will not respond to drainage in the future.
