I had a revision chin implant procedure done on Wednesday. The original implant was malpositioned, the right wing was protruding through my gum line. During revision my PS replaced the implant and fixated with screws. So now my right side is a bit more swollen and numb that the left. I am concerned that its is due that the new implant could shifted again, although unlikely given that it was fixated with multiple screws. Or is it because my right side was more injured during the first procedure?

A chin implant could be done under local anesthesia in a cooperative patient with a surgeon knowledgable in dental nerve blocks. It may be more than you would want to tackle to do mandibular angle implants under local anesthesia since these will be more difficult to anesthetize with nerve...
At 3.5 weeks following a chin implant, you should expect swelling (which may appear shiny) and tightness. As the muscle and tissues relax, the tightness will lessen and disappear. Give it some time.
Silicone chin implants are permanent and will not have to be removed and replaced unless there is an issue. As for your nose, yes, you can have a bit more refining of the tip. This is much less invasive than the original rhinoplasty and not painful.
