I got a terino style 2 implant put in 3.5 weeks ago and my chin looks a bit shiny and the muscles and skin feel tight...is this normal? If so, when will it subside? Will the tissue around my chin soften up again like it was before the implant?

Silicone chin implants are permanent and will not have to be removed and replaced unless there is an issue. As for your nose, yes, you can have a bit more refining of the tip. This is much less invasive than the original rhinoplasty and not painful.
If the dimpling is due to overactive mentalist muscle, botox is the best treatment. If there is a underlying soft tissue deformity, I would recommend a filler or fat injection. If there is a bone abnormality, a chin implant may be considered or contour of the bone. Good luck....
Treatment of your substantial facial asymmetry depends on what you consider is the good side...which I assume is the right side. The goal then is to augment the more deficient left side. This is going to require skeletal modifications/augmentation. This would be best done through an assessment...
