Can cancer spread with either Lipo 360 or BBL (fat taken to doit)? I have stage 4 breast cancer that has metastasized.

I'm a stage 4 breast cancer metastasized patient. I am healing myself holistically. I was suppose to have surgery in January, paid my deposit, but unfortunately I received this bad news. I still want to have bbl surgery but is concerned that the fat taken and transferred, could be transferred into my buttocks. Will I just be better off having the lipo 360 done instead. Please help, I want to have the surgery done next month. Thank you
