Can my breathing difficulty be due to nose tip being made too narrow? If so how can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty 7 months ago and my nose just feels strange. I feel like there is something blocking off air particularly at the tip. Is my nose too pinched? The first pic is my old nose and the rest are after rhinoplasty. What can be done to make my tip wider again to help me breathe better?
