Can my breathing difficulty be due to nose tip being made too narrow? If so how can this be fixed? (Photos)

I had rhinoplasty 7 months ago and my nose just feels strange. I feel like there is something blocking off air particularly at the tip. Is my nose too pinched? The first pic is my old nose and the rest are after rhinoplasty. What can be done to make my tip wider again to help me breathe better?

This is usually due to crusts that form inside the nose and cause a turbulent airflow. I would use a saline nasal spray to see if this can help to hydrate and clear out anything in the nose.
