Would a Botox brow lift look good on me?

Based on these photos you seem to have nice, symmetric brows that do not need any further manipulation. I would not recommended any surgical or non-surgical treatment. Good luck.

Botox can lift lowered eyebrows but if one's eyebrows haven't fallen yet, which is rare in the early twenties, it would be doubtful that Botox could help lift them up. On the other hand, if outer eyebrows have fallen because of age and inelasticty, Botox can be injected in the opposing muscles that pull down, thereby relaxing them and allowing the unapposed muscle lifters, to pull up creating a more arched eyebrow.

From the photos you provided it doesn't appear you need further lifting of the brow.  If you would like a further lift you will first want to see an experienced injector for a consultation on what to expect.  Botox is considered in full effect two weeks after injection and will wear off gradually over three to four months.  There is no reversal agent for Botox.
