I had open rhinoplasty almost three months ago, and now when I smile, a big bump appears on my smile line near my nose that was not there before the surgery. It’s almost looks like a ripple, and in pics it looks like a giant pimple. Is there something I can do to make this go away, or is this something that will fade over time? It doesn’t appear to be fading, so I’m getting nervous. It even feels VERY raised to the touch when smiling, which makes me think it’s permanent. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your question, you need to be seen and have a complete evaluation before we can give you any recommendation, surgery itself can make your nose dry for short period of time or longer, incomplete reduction of blocking structure can also cause blockage of airway. good luck!
