A ripple-like bump appears near my nose when I smile ever since having an open rhinoplasty 3 months ago. Will it go away? (photo

I had open rhinoplasty almost three months ago, and now when I smile, a big bump appears on my smile line near my nose that was not there before the surgery. It’s almost looks like a ripple, and in pics it looks like a giant pimple. Is there something I can do to make this go away, or is this something that will fade over time? It doesn’t appear to be fading, so I’m getting nervous. It even feels VERY raised to the touch when smiling, which makes me think it’s permanent. Thanks for your help!
