13 months post FUE surgery and having "pluggy" bumps along the hair line. (photo)

I got a FUE hair transplant late April of last year for the temples of my hairline. Although my overall results of my hair line is ok (a bit still not as dense), some of my hairs are along the hair line are growing in with bumps at the root. It looks kinda pluggish. My doctor prescribed my 1% Clindamycin Phosphate twice now and i still have them. What is the cause of certain hairs looking "pluggy" and what are my options to fix this?

5000+ graft is a very high number of grafts and it may be the reason you are seeing donor hair depletion.  It is not clear if you want an unbiased opinion or just "positive" feedback and assurance.You may have to wait a full year to see how it turns out.

Aspirin after surgery may cause bleeding and bruising.  It is best to contact your doctor for a follow up examination.

Losing one or two grafts after a 2000 graft surgery is reasonable statistically.  If you are still concerned it is best to contact your doctor.Raw honey is not a normal treatment after a hair transplant.

You can start using concealers few days after surgery. If you are concerned about its use, it is best to ask your surgeon.

There is no way to tell you why your doctor recommend one surgery or the other.  We can all guess but it would be difficult without having examined you or understanding the exact circumstances. It would be best to ask the doctor what the reason was.
