I had filler in the tip of my nose post several rhinoplasties and this caused vascular occlusion. Filler was dissolved, though not immediately unfortunately, and I now have purple/reddish discoloration that fluctuates daily in response to temperature. Is it possible to treat this? The skin no longer has pores, which I’ve been told is because of the scar tissue. Would laser help? Please let me know if you’ve encountered this - it’s been devastating.

Hello, and thank you for your inquiry! Cheek filler can definitely give you a lifted look and contour your face. You would also benefit from chin filler. Adding filler into your chin will help elongate your jawline and give you more of a balance between your nose and lips. Good luck on your journey!
