What do you think of surgical (hyaluronic acid) filler removal? (Photos)

Dear doctors, A year ago I got hyaluronic acid filler under my eyes. But since then, it's getting worse and I have two small bags under my eyes, dark or bluish depending on the light. I tried 5 times to dissolve the filler, going to different doctors, one of them helped by ultrasound. However, nothing changes each time. Considering my case, what do you think of the surgical option? Are hyaluronic acid fillers easy to remove from the tissues?
