Hello, I am currently on a journey to lose 50 pounds. I started at 180 and my goal is to reach 130- currently I'm down to 160. I'm 23 years old and lately I've began to notice some sagging in my breast and my abdomen. I'm worried this is going to get even worse as I lose the remaining 30 pounds. I don't want to do drastic surgical procedures as I feel I'm too young and also cost would be an issue. Is there any way to limit my sagging skin and are there non surgical options for loose skin?
