Hi - I have a very small umbilical hernia, not noticeable, in some ultrasounds it doesn’t even show up as a cause of concern but if I poke my belly button I definitely feel a lump/knot there. It doesn’t cause pain but I do have IBS-C and when I’m super bloated/constipated I just feel it more (still not painful). I have had stubborn belly fat my own life and I’m very interested in Emsculpt (since Smart Lipo isn’t best option w/ hernia) Is it possible for me to get Emaculpt with no complications?

If the tear is very recent, I would avoid it because of the pulling. If it is at least 12 weeks old, then you should be able to do this treatment. However, please ask your orthopedic surgery who has examined you before doing any treatment.
Improvement in visceral fat has been seen in some clinical trial imaging — such as the study by Kent. And the radiological images are impressive. So improvement, but obviously not elimination has been documented.
