Unfortunately, I cannot see your breasts properly. It is possible that a breast lift would pull up some of the upper abdominal skin. Also, you could undergo liposuction again with mostly lipo-tracting and and fat transfers to rearrange the fat to fill in the hollows.

From your photo it appears you would have the best results from a standard tummy tuck. This would best address the loose skin and uneven contours that bother you. The best place to begin is by visiting a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation.

Please don't do the reverse tummy tuck for you will not like the scar and it may pull down on your breasts. Minimally invasive radiofrequency might be helpful.
