20 year old female 170 lbs. I had liposuction on my abdomen 9months ago. In addition I've lost 30 lbs since my procedure. My abdomen is very lumpy after liposuction. In particular the loose skin under my breasts is quite prominent. Would a reverse tummy tuck be able to correct this? If so what is the scaring like? Would non invasive skin tightening be an option? Thanks!

Thank you for your question and pictures. I would recommend you a tummy tuck with liposuction for betters results. If you're willing to travel, Surgeons in the Dominican Republic have experience and very high standard of excellence when it comes to plastic surgery. I'm positive you can get what...
No, that vein was probably related to pregnancy and now has been fixed. However, the tummy tuck in general is at higher risks than other procedures. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
You will need to find out the nature of the lump on your abdomen. If it is a hernia it may be able to be repaired at the same time as your tummy tuck. See a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation and evaluation. Further testing may be necessary to determine the cause of the lump.
