PRP vampire breast lift - tissue death?

Hi! I had PRP Breast injections with a little bit of HA filler to outline my cleavage area the “vampire breast lift” months later, I have a bunch of benign hard lumps in the areas of injection. My ultrasound showed no blood flow to that area and that the lumps are filled with fluid and a thicker substance - radiology suspected fat necrosis or damage/death of breast tissue. It is painful and irritating. Was this procedure done incorrectly?

At Fresh Clinic, we’ve treated cases like yours. For two patients with moderate-sized lumps, we were able to remove the problem areas without incisions. In one more severe case, the patient opted for mammotome surgery (because of biopsy) 
It’s important to note that PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments alone cannot provide any significant lifting effect or size changes in the breast. Additionally, HA (Hyaluronic Acid) fillers can lead to lumps and other unwanted side effects over time.

I had never heard of this procedure but from the sounds like something that would have no beneficial effect.  I Susie t the problems you are having will be self limiting
