I am 23 years old with size 32G breasts, naturally. my nipples almost point to the floor, but I'm scared of surgery, and having it would be a big investment and I'd probably have to do it again. Is it possible to get a nonsurgical breast lift at my size? I am well aware that the results won't be as dramatic and won’t last forever but I would prefer it to actual surgery. so it is possible?
Answer: Yes Non Surgical Breast Lift is an option for you. There are some advantages to a Non-Surgical Breast Reduction with liposuction and Renuvion Skin tightening for non surgical Breast Lift. One of the primary advantages of non-surgical breast lifts, such as Renuvion J Plasma skin tightening, is the absence of conspicuous scars. Unlike traditional surgical breast lifts that involve cutting out excess skin, non-surgical approaches shrink the soft tissue and overlying skin. This process can result in up to 33% skin shrinkage, resulting in a more youthful and lifted appearance, all achieved without any visible scarring. Furthermore, non-invasive breast lift carries a lower risk of complications compared to open surgical options. It also there is no risk for nipple loss or interference with the ability to breastfeed later in life. The downsides are that 32 G breast are large breasts and liposuction can at best result in a 50 % reduction in the breast size and will not affect change the nipple direction. While you will get some breast lift , the non surgical breast lift not be as significant as open surgical breast lift.

Answer: Non surgical breast lift Hello and thank you for the question. we are asked this often in plastic surgery. The biggest impediments to having surgery is the fear of anesthesia, the fear of scarring and the fear of pain which leads to an entire industry marketing non-surgical non invasive treatments. Every year some new product is introduced that they heavily market and show amazing before and after pictures they use this of new laser or radio frequency or other high tech treatment to produce surgical like results without having surgery. Unfortunately in my 24 years of practice I've never seen one that has lived up to the hype. Most of these treatments have some sound scientific basis but just because something makes sense on paper doesn't mean it translates into the real world. Furthermore any other benefits tend to be exceedingly mild and for some one with your condition it would be both a waste of time and money. In addition, most of these high tech non surgical options go out of business after a couple years. the fancy marketing can only go so far; without real world results, patients and doctors will lose faith in the product and move on to the next new thing. Your best answer is to seek board certified plastic surgeons in your area have several consultations look at their before and after results, look at the consistency of their before and after results and go from there. I understand this is probably not the answer you are looking for but it remains the correct one in my opinion. Best to you.
