Do Ergonomix implants need to be implanted differently?

My doctor doesn't usually use Ergonomix technology. I really want a Motiva Ergonomix Implant, I've already checked the technologies and I love both the safety and the natural effect. I know that this technology of this implant is different, and as my doctor does not have much experience with this technology, I was in doubt... Ergonomix implants need to be implanted differently to have the "drop" effect? note: my implants will be positioned behind the muscle.

Both implants are great. The texture varies from one brand to another. In my opinion, this doesn’t make much a difference as far as choosing one over the other. Just make sure you and your surgeon decide on the size and shape that fits your body best. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

To overcome a tuberous or contracted breast deformity a round implant would have more ability to shape the breast as the gel is more firm and it does give more shape to the breast. The Ergonomix is a more natural shape with less upper pole fill which would also work in a tuberous breast but...
