My doctor doesn't usually use Ergonomix technology. I really want a Motiva Ergonomix Implant, I've already checked the technologies and I love both the safety and the natural effect. I know that this technology of this implant is different, and as my doctor does not have much experience with this technology, I was in doubt... Ergonomix implants need to be implanted differently to have the "drop" effect? note: my implants will be positioned behind the muscle.

Hi, thanks for your question and photos. You're right. 275 cc is small, but it depends on your goals. If you don't want a large size, you can have excellent results with a breast lift procedure and implants. Consult a board-certified plastic surgeon, and try a bra with the size you want to have...
Both implants are great. The texture varies from one brand to another. In my opinion, this doesn’t make much a difference as far as choosing one over the other. Just make sure you and your surgeon decide on the size and shape that fits your body best.
