Can Motiva Ergonomix rotate or flip? Is the healing time longer than anatomically shaped mentor implants?

I am 39, a small frame, boney chest and weigh about 60kgs. Im looking for a natural look and something to fill out my breasts after breast feeding. Its very confusing to know what size or brand to go for. Im leaning towards 170cc or 180cc Motiva Ergonomix. I want a natural look.

Both implants are great. The texture varies from one brand to another. In my opinion, this doesn’t make much a difference as far as choosing one over the other. Just make sure you and your surgeon decide on the size and shape that fits your body best. Best of luck, Dr. Miguel Mota

This is a great questions. Since 2010 there have been no reports of BIA-ALCL in Motiva implants. However, these implants are not smooth but very finely "textured;" about 4 microns. They feel almost like velvet. The data suggest that this fine texturing might help them resist capsular...

To overcome a tuberous or contracted breast deformity a round implant would have more ability to shape the breast as the gel is more firm and it does give more shape to the breast. The Ergonomix is a more natural shape with less upper pole fill which would also work in a tuberous breast but...
