What is the max bulk or length for a flat shortened nose? (Photos)

Hi, I had intial rhinoplasty almost 9 months ago. The surgeon completely reduced my nose by almost half the size. Now my nose is flat, lifeless, uneven, and too short for my face. I am seeking professional help. Can my nose be lengthened and thickened back to how I originally looked?? it appears that the columella was pushed too high?? it feels really tight. I would really appreciate any professional advice? Is there hope for me? Please help me find a solution. I am heartbroken.
