Do I have marionette lines ? can perioral mound removal help get rid of the marionette lines? Can lip lift or lip corner lift get rid of marionette lines?
Answer: Lip lift A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This will help with the marionette lines as well. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Lip lift for marionette lines Hello, unfortunately a lip lift or corner lip lift would not improve this issue. A true corner lip lift would result in an unnatural elevation in your case without making the issue better. The line you are referring to is a product of two issues; depth in the perioral area and fullness from the cheek. Some filler would improve it, but you have to be careful and avoid an overly full or rounded appearance in this area. Decreasing some medial cheek fullness would help also. There are several options for this.... the most minimal would be RF microneedling such as morpheus8. Done with the proper settings over time can improve this. .... facetite (or the smaller acutite) wand can also work well in this area. ... some are using kybella off label but it's not my choice as I have seen problems with it.It is possible that a buccal fat reduction can also help, but it's direct effect on this area specifically is variable. Hope that helps!Good luck!

Answer: A Robust HA Lifting Filler Can Help To Elevate & Straighten Marionette Lines At least from the photos there appear to be the early development of marionette folds. Rather than contemplating something aggressive at this early stage, you may wish to consider the use of a robust HA fifting filler to help lift and straighten the angles of the mouth and thus improve those folds. Treatment in experienced hands takes about five minutes and yield immediate results while engendering little to no significant downtime. Before jumping to expensive, invasive surgery, you would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck. .
