Laser hair removal doesn't cause acne or worsen acne, now some guys get ingrown hairs from the hair removal so that should be treated properly. Best, Dr. Emer.

Laser hair removal shouldn't cause hyperpigmentation with the right treatment laser. you can pre and post treat the skin with vivatia (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.

You can do hair removal and vaniqa cream, I suggest dermarolling as it helps limit the hair growth (see link). Best, Dr. Emer.
