Thank you for your question. First, how many LHR treatments did you receive? Is hair continuing to grow? Of course, it is always difficult to recommend treatment from pictures alone, but it appears you may have clogged pores and possible acne scars. I would recommend a series of chemical peels...

Laser hair removal doesn't cause acne or worsen acne, now some guys get ingrown hairs from the hair removal so that should be treated properly. Best, Dr. Emer.

Hi m1412, Over the course of your hair removal treatments the hair follicle will become smaller & softer. The hair can become to fine to pierce through the skin, especially if the skin is dry. I’d recommend a scrub with AHA/BHA, as well as moisturising regularly. Good luck! ACM.
