I had a beautiful smile but i wanted to reduce my philtrum. Since having a lip lift years ago, my lip no longer raises when i smile - it feels pasted down.) I had a 2nd lip lift to make my philtrum ultra short to compensate for this (9mm), but my smile still looks like this. Im only 25 and i feel it makes me look like a botoxed old lady. How can i fix this?
