"smokers lines" are only called that bc historically they were associated with the mouth pursuing of smoking, but you don't necdsesarily have to be a smoker to get them. These days, I think it is more common bc of people who use straws excessively, so if that is something you do, you could start with that. Botox/neurotoxin in general is also na option, esp for the lower lip curling in that you mentioned, to decrease that mouth pursing movement, but you should be aware that it can make it harder to drink from a straw. skin resurfacing is going to be key, bc the skin around the mouth is VERY stubborn once it starts forming lines -- getting into peels/laser early would be great for you. it kind of looks like you have a fair amount of sun damage to your skin here so that is something to consider. finally, yes, you can absolutely handle some lip filler. I would not get them injected into the smokers lines directly bc that doens't tend to look very n ice, but you can get it into hte red lip itself. and yes, it's possible to do that without getting duck lips - just tell your injector your preferences.
