Unfortunately, the photo provided does not clearly show the kinds of acne scars present.
However, generally speaking, for ice pick scars and dilated pores consider TCA CROSS.
For boxcar and rolling scars, consider individual subcisions.
For widespread acne-related cheek and/or temple atrophy, consider a Field Subcision.
For acne-related residual color or texture irregularities, consider professionally performed manual microneedling (no need for the added expense and risks of RF microneedling) along with the addition of Rx topical agents.
Be very skeptical of the heavily marketed and heavily social media promoted expensive bells and whistles treatments, such as fraxel lasers and RF devices, etc. since, unfortunately, the hard science to back up the use of these gizmos lags well behind all the hype. So, "buyer beware" when it comes to considering these.
