What can I do to fix the scar on the center of my upper vermilion? (Photos)

I had a traumatic laceration through the center of my upper lip in 2021. It healed with a vertical notch/split in the vermilion of my upper lip. I'm looking for the best possible cosmetic and structural improvement. Can the notch itself be corrected? Would you recommend surgical scar revision, laser, or a combination? What percentage of improvement do you realistically expect?
