How can visible liposuction scars be blended better with surrounding skin? (Photo)

I have several liposuction scars in highly visible areas. I have already undergone 3 Co2 laser treatments and 4 Pico laser treatments. The scars themselves have become completely white, but the surrounding skin is still slightly darker brown, creating a mild color mismatch. Is it possible to improve the blending between the scars and the surrounding skin any further? What treatments would you recommend in this situation?

At least from the photos, the scar does not seem particularly indented. If so, before jumping into all kinds of expensive gizmo device treatments, you may wish to consider professionally performed manual dermarolling microneedling (no need for the added expense or risks of RF microneedling)...

My recommendation for old scars that’s won’t respond to lasers is to look into scar revision. If that’s not an option, Morpheus could be a first approach. Best from Boston!
