Is there a way to fix one eye being tilted compared to other (caruncle and lower eyelid issue)? (Photo)

I'm a male in early twenties. I've noticed from pics that my right eye (left in pics) is tilted downwards quite a bit on the outer side. Upon further examination, I’ve realized it is mostly because my right caruncle is elevated in comparison to the left one, as well as my lower right eyelid drooping a bit. I believe canthoplasty would fix the eyelid, but is there anything that can be done to lower (or appear to lower) my right caruncle which causes most of the problem?
