How can I fix the bulging in my under eyes? (PHOTOS)

21F, I notice a bulge under my eyes that only appears when I smile. In the pictures, I am not referring to the fat pocket directly under my eyes, but rather the bulge that lies underneath that. I believe there may be some hollowing in that area when my eyes are at rest, but I absolutely hate the bulging that occurs when I’m smiling, and would like to know which treatments are appropriate. A lower bleph is not feasible for me at the moment, so are there any alternatives?

Good PRP or PRF requires good quality plasma and good plaletet counts. A cell has helped a lot and it is considered almost like a fertilizer. PRP/PRF should work if you are young and healthy, and adding A cell will boost the results but it is not mandatory.
