What is the best treatment management for the pigmentation on above lips/chin/around mouth? I also have rosacea and very sensitive skin.

Good PRP or PRF requires good quality plasma and good plaletet counts. A cell has helped a lot and it is considered almost like a fertilizer. PRP/PRF should work if you are young and healthy, and adding A cell will boost the results but it is not mandatory.
