Contouring the face or is complex and difficult. The contour of the face is derived from a multitude of variables including connective tissue, ligaments, tension from multiple muscles a facial expression, fat distribution, skin laxity etc. etc. etc.in your case they may also be contractile scar tissue that is contributing.
You mentioned that you’ve had fillers and I’m guessing that those treatments were aimed at what you were currently trying to achieve.
Fillers are far superior to fat transfer. If fillers could not get the results you wanted them fat transfer is not going to.
On top of that if you’re not happy with the outcome of that transfer and it makes your situation worse than it is very difficult to reverse the treatment.
Your proposed treatment is risky and I would highly recommend you stay with fillers and not try to look for a permanent solution until someone has gotten those results with a reversible or temporary product first.
Volume it is only one variable and it is often not the missing variable when someone has a contour deficiency on their face.
