Facial fat transfer after previous HA filler and PRF EZ Gel

For someone who has had small quantities of HA filler injected under eye, temple, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette area, and chin and PRF Ez Gel in the same areas (except chin) multiple times, would this person still be a good candidate for fat transfer either with or without dissolving pre-existing filler?

Should I get ha filler dissolved before fat grafting?

It is always better to try to dissolve filler before injection of fat grafts. However, you may like to wait 6-8 months for filler to resorb spontaneously; very frequently filler encapsulates and stays in the place for number of months. Best is to discuss this with your surgeon. Good luck.

It is very likely that you have droopy eyelids, ptosis, based on these photos. This can be confirmed only on the basis of in person or teleconference evaluation. Regarding tear trough and negative canthal vector, fat grafting and canthopexy should be considered. Good luck.
