Dent in tip after revision - how soon can I add filler? (Photos)

Immediately following my revision, I had an indent in my tip. My surgeon said it was my skin as skin is baked with abnormalities and I have thin skin there. He said we could address it with filler or crushed cartilage at 1yr. I would like to address it now. How soon can you add filler to the tip of the nose? Will adding it negatively affect the healing process? Ideally I could use a hylaronic filler that dissolves over time with the swelling until 1yr mark and then address with cartilage.
