I’m 10 months post-op with a transplant to the corners. Three months ago I had an endoscopic browlift and there is still scarring. The transplant doesn’t look dense at all so I was wondering if this is due to the transplant being a failure or the browlift creating scar tissue and shock loss.

It's common for transplanted hair to shed in the weeks following a hair transplant procedure. Even though it is a normal part of the hair transplant process, you should avoid excessive pulling or combing of the transplanted area during the initial healing phase.
It often takes 12 - 15 months for all of the newly transplanted grafts to grow a hair. While most people notice new growth 4 months after a transplant some take longer. So at 10 months I would not consider another transplant. Wait 12 - 15 months before determining the final result.
Hello and thank you for your question. I would suggest waiting at least a few weeks after a facelift before getting a hair transplant. Really you should be asking your doctor, someone who knows your medical situation, in order to get the correct response. Best of luck to you.
