Can I have a hair transplant during my recovery from a facelift?

Idk what type of face lift I am going to have yet but I was wondering if I can have hair transplant almost same time or during recovery of facelift. If so how soon after facelift can I have hair transplant? The area I concern are front and top of my head

Hello, and thank you for your question. Generally speaking, leaving scabs on your scalp one-month post-transplant is not recommended. Doing so can interfere with your healing. Removing scabs typically prevents damage to the newly transplanted hair and aids growth. Best of luck to you. Dr. T

Hello and thank you for your question. Six months post op you should be patient. I realize that is difficult because you want to see the results but please be patient. You should start seeing some growth but realistically it usually takes at least 12 maybe 18 months. Hang in there. Dr. T
