I have been getting chin filler every 6 months for the past 4 years. I’m tired of the up keep so I’m thinking about a chin impanr but im nervous it’s going to chance my face a ton. On the other hand if I love the way chin filler looks on me ill most likley like a chin implant right? Posting a photo before any chin filler

Based on this photo it appears that implant augmentation would provide better and long lasting result. However, in the case that you do not want implant you may co Sofer far graft augmentation (it is permanent, you may need to stages to provide desired volume, but it is minimally invasive.
