I had a rhinoplasty please see before and after pictures attached. I have a weak chin would this improve my profile? Do chin fillers make your face pointy and long?

The great thing about chin fillers is that they can be adjusted, its an amazing treatment for facial balancing and doenst have to appear pointy or overdone. 
the chin usually required more than one syringe, however, even one syringe will be benefical and achieve some facial balancing.

In experienced hands, the proper use of an appropriately robust HA filler in the chin can achieve sevreral goals at once: It can help to better harmonize the projection of the chin with those of the nose and the lips. But it can secondarily help to straighten and better define the jawline. An experienced injector knows how to contour the chin so that it does not end up pointy or long.  Just make sure to consjult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and best of luck.
