Can chin filler let the skin sag?

Hi, I’m 26 years old and I want a really prominent chin. I have a friend of mine(same age as me) and she already got chin filler done but it looks like that the amount of filler let her chin sag and makes her skin loose. Im very concerned about my filler treatment…. Can filler let the skin sag in a young age if too much was used?
