I have personally been injecting fillers for decades for enhancing the projection of the chin in profile view in order to better harmonize its projection with those of the tip of the nose and the lips, as well as improving its appearance in frtont-face view. I have not encountered sagging as a result of this treatment. It is possible that in the case of your friend too much filler was injected and/or injected in an inappropriate location. Make sure that you consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist and that a robust HA filler is used (just as added insurance that if for any reason whatever) the filler can be easily be dissolved away.
