I had a chin implant which I got 4 years ago removed 1 year ago and now have dynamic chin ptosis and lip incompetence. I was wondering what can be done about this, what type of doctor I should see (plastic surgeon vs OMFS), and if there is anyone in the Philadelphia area who could help me. I'm not interested in another chin implant. I would like my chin to stop retracting when I smile, to not have to purposefully force my mouth closed with my sagging upper lip, and decrease chin sagging at rest.

Hi @aubreyyy11. It is difficult to tell if you have migration based on your photos. I recommend an in person consultation. Submental liposuction in combination with Morpheus 8 is a great option to get rid of a double chin.
Best of luck,
