I’ve had these scars on my chin from cystic acne breakouts since I was 13 (now 24, female). I’ve tried every peel,retinol/retinoid,silicone scar sheets&silicone gel to flatten them out but nothing has worked.I went to a derm who injected them with steroid injections but that did nothing. I am afraid to get steroid injections again bc of the potential of atrophy. I heard RF microneedling could work but wouldnt that raise the bumps since it promotes collagen? What are my treatment options?
