Microcurrent devices and dental implants - contraindications?

I'm considering to get a facial treatment with microcurrent devices (Caci) however, I am wondering whether having dental implants (I have like 6 of them) would be a contraindication? I am seeing warnings for Foreo Bear and not to use it if you have Dental implants or even rhinoplasty. What is the logic behind these warnings?
