I have a chin implant that was done 20 years ago. In 2018 I had to have all my teeth pulled in my lower jaw, as a result I have lost a fair amount of bone sufficient enough that the bone and implant are roughly the same height, my dentist said there is enough bone to support implants. Is there any reason that the dental implants could pose a problem with the existing chin implant and if I end up needing a bone grafting would that be an issue. Thank you!
