How long should you wait to start PRP for skin rehabilitation after damage from non-ablative nd:YAG lasers?

egszs81
I have done some research and PRP seems like a promising treatment for damaged skin and tissue after laser/thermal energy treatment. I have seen suggestions that skin rests for 6 months before any further inflammatory treatments. However, I am wondering whether it is better to nip the damage in the bud once it's visible or allow the skin some apt recovery time. Would waiting 6 months progress damage or would PRP be effective regardless of time elapsed post last laser treatment? Thanks
