Hi, crow's feet lines are typically caused by the muscles around your eyes that scrunch the skin when you smile. The best way to stop these lines from appearing is by immobilizing the muscles that cause this to happen. PRP can help the skin become more flexible so that the lines do not etch in as much but using a botulinum toxin to immobile the muscles will do a better job. Having said that, we do often inject PRP, I prefer PRF, along with some fillers into the crow's feet area to soften the lines, especially in people who may be resistant to botulinum toxin.
