Why is it that PRP injections are not used for crows feet?

Hello, If PRP injections are so good to give a little of volume to an specific area of the face. Why is it that PRP injections are not used for Crow's feet, if is going to smooth those empty spaces? It has to be injections not microneedle which i dont believe it works besides the glow you get for the first weeks.
