Subcision and TCA cross are also used for deep ice pick scars and narrow valley scars in order to improve the micro texture. Give it more time. These can take a while but should improve. Gentle massage may help. Should be better in another 4-6 months. If you need to speed it up, sometimes a steroid injection will do the trick.
